RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Crafters Blue, we create products that help you perform better, play better and feel better. Whenever you use our items, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items and receive a full refund.

If the product itself or the printing is defective, or if the final product is materially different than the design displayed in the campaign, we're here to help. Under these conditions, our products can be returned within 45 days of the original purchase of the product. Please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 45 days.
  • The product isn't used.
  • The product itself or the printing is defective or the final product is materially different than the design displayed in the campaign.

Products that do not meet these above criteria will not be considered for return. To return a product to  Crafters Blue, please send email to support@craftersblue.com. We will provide a return address.
Please use the sizing chart information provided on our product page or main menu to pick the correct size and fit for your purchase. Crafters Blue recommends measuring from your heel to your toe when accurately deciding on your shoe size. 

If the item is materially similar to the description and preview and works the way it should, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:

  • You don't want the items that you ordered after you've received them
  • You simply change your mind. For example: you like other styles, color
  • You bought an item by mistake or you ordered the wrong size, color of the product(s)
  • The items do not meet your expectations

Notes: Refunds will be applied to only one payment method – PayPal. Refunds are processed to include the amount you paid for the item(s) along with shipping fees.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your PayPal account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted or contact your bank to check information.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@craftersblue.com.


SALE ITEMS:

Sale items are able to be refunded if the items are defective/wrong/broken.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT ORDER:

At Graco Design, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However,  it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product.

Thankfully it is rather unusual! But, if it is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.


All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. Please contact us by email at  support@craftersblue.com and one of our helpful support staff will organize a reprint or a refund for you!

EXCHANGE POLICY (SIZING ISSUES)

If you want to exchange a product because of sizing issues, we can work with you to solve the issue. Please email  support@craftersblue.com to begin the process.

In the rare event that you are unhappy with the fit of the shoe, we can process a free exchange for you. If you ordered a pair of shoes (for example size US7), and they arrive per order as a US7 but do not fit you because of your particular foot type, we will send you another pair free of charge. You can donate the old pair to a good cause or a friend in need. We love to give back.

Size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will not be eligible for exchange with us.

Free exchanges will only be allowed once per order.

If you made an error in ordering the wrong size, then we cannot accept responsibility for this.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATION:

Once the order is being placed, it will still have a 12-hour window to allow modifications. After that, it will have a corresponding "production time" depending on the variant or the item ordered.

ORDER NOT RECEIVED:

After the production time, it will then be shipped. The 30-day policy will be based on the shipping date. If in case it has passed 30 days for US orders and/or 45 days for international orders and the package has not arrived yet, then replacement or refund will be offered depending on what your customers prefer. The customer can choose from refund or replacement.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries). Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates shown on the website.
